ImportError: cannot import name _counter

After upgraded Ubuntu to 11.04 and try to start up GAE Python project by dev_appserver.py. If some error message were output and the final message is "ImportError: cannot import name _counter". Please refer to issue 4168 to fix this problem. This problem was coursed by gdata.oauth library.
